What it does
OpenFaaS provides a function-deployment platform using OCI images and different languages to describe work, connecting it to execution and management workflows within Kubernetes and the infrastructure selected to host the application’s functions or existing services.
When to use it
For small event handlers requiring deployment units, use template and stack documentation to describe functions and the entry points triggering their execution.
